HMW shape the development for the Changi Economic region?

Summary

Through 2 half-day workshops, we helped to unpack the perspectives of multiple strategic stakeholders and decision makers in context of the proposed medium-term and long-term plans for the region.

In addition to educating executive-level participants, we aided their problem solving through synthesising insights after each session.

<aside> 💡 Day 1 – Analysed and processed >200 HMW statements into 13 meaningful and precise statements for Day 2.
